    Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules in the S4 Hana environment.
    • Gather business requirements and transform them into SAP solutions to ensure alignment with best practices and business objectives.
    • Customize SAP SD functionalities including pricing, billing, order management, and delivery processing.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SD modules with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and PP.
    • Devise solutions to optimize sales processes and improve user experience.
    • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users on SAP SD functionalities and best practices.
    • Provide continuous support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to SAP SD modules.
    • Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and trends, evaluating their impact on existing SD implementations.
    • Engage in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.
    • Mentor junior team members and offer guidance on SAP SD configuration and implementation best practices.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years' experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module implementation and support.
    • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana.
    • Proficient in SAP SD configuration, including pricing procedures, sales order processing, and delivery management.
    • Solid grasp of integration points between SD and other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and PP.
    • Experience in designing and implementing enhancements and customizations in SAP SD.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated leadership in driving SAP SD implementation projects from start to finish.
    • Effective problem-solving skills to analyze complex business requirements and propose suitable SAP solutions.
    • Preferably hold SAP certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation projects.
    • Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications for the SD module.
    • Experience in integrating SAP SD with third-party systems and applications.
    • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
