    We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to manage the

    customer service and after-sales support.

    Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:

    Giving Support to Clients .

    Resolving clients issues .

    Giving Product Demos to Clients via online & face to face .

    Providing the new employees with product training sessions for enhancing their skills.

    Scheduling campaigns .

    Knowledge of CRM systems.

    Updating backend & support related sheets .

    Preparing Product Manuals .
