    Job Description: Deputy Brand Manager- Retention (PokerCircle)

    Position Overview:

    Games24x7 is diversifying its gaming portfolio to offer Poker and we are seeking a dynamic and

    results-driven Deputy Brand Manager to join PokerCircle's brand team. Since the brand would

    be at its very nascent stage, it would be critical role where you would be laying the foundation

    of the brand.

    The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, an eye for design, and

    a creative flair. As a Deputy Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing

    our brand strategy to engage and retain our existing players, ensuring our ads resonate with

    them build brand loyalty.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Brand Strategy:

    ● Lay the foundation for the brand within the app-funnel. Be user-centric to distill

    communication effectively, making it simple for players to understand complex offers

    and campaign constructs.

    ● Develop brand identities and imagery for tournaments, leaderboards etc. with a vision

    to bring in consistency with the brand world.

    ● Collaborate with the Business team to identify and define the brand world objectively.

    Retention Campaign Strategy:

    ● Be objective and arrive at GTM strategy objectively with a clear focus.

    ● Develop and execute comprehensive retention campaigns aimed at retaining existing

    customers and building brand engagement and loyalty.

    ● Conceptualize and implement campaigns to reactivate users who have been inactive on

    the app for an extended period.

    ● Collaborate with the Business team to identify and refine campaign offerings.

    Business Case Development:

    ● Be why centric and work closely with the Business team to build a solid business case for

    each retention campaign, considering financial implications and strategic objectives.

    End-to-End Campaign Management:

    ● Oversee the entire lifecycle of campaigns, from conceptualization to post-evaluation

    and performance analysis.

    ● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, including

    Copywriters and Designers.

    Communication and Creative Development:

    ● Have a user-centric approach that makes communication simple, yet creative.

    ● Finalize communication strategies for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand

    guidelines and objectives.

    ● Lead the creative development process, collaborating with Design teams to produce

    compelling visuals and copy.

    Media Planning and Launch:

    ● In case of offline events or big tournaments, develop media plans for effective campaign

    reach and engagement.

    ● Oversee the campaign launch, ensuring all elements are in place for a successful rollout.

    Post-Evaluation and Performance Analysis:

    ● Conduct thorough post-campaign evaluations to assess performance against predefined

    KPIs.

    ● Identify areas for improvement and iterate on future campaigns based on learnings.

    Qualifications:

    ● Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant advanced degree from a minimum

    Tier II college.

    ● Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing, with a focus on the

    gaming or consumer tech industries.

    ● Proven track record of successful brand management and execution of brand marketing

    campaigns.

    ● Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making and refine marketing

    strategies.

    ● Has a good understanding of the world of performance marketing and knows how to

    quickly produce assets to meet dynamic business needs.

    ● Exceptional creative thinking and design sensibilities to ensure consistent and

    compelling brand messaging.

    ● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives

    simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey brand

    concepts and collaborate across teams.

    ● Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing situations, and

    maintain a problem-solving attitude.

    ● Highly organized, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.

    ● Humble and hungry-to-learn mindset, eager to contribute to a dynamic team and grow

    within the gaming industry.
