    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

    Weightage :

    Business Analyst :

    • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas of improvement, and developing and implementing solution
    • Performing requirement analysis
    • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
    • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
    • Ensuring solutions meet business need and requirements
    • Communicates changes, enhancements and modifications of business requirement to project managers so that issues and solutions and understood

    Test Manager :

    • Manage a team of testers, train and guide them in test best practices for the success of project
    • Defining the scope of testing within the context of each project with the help of cross functional teams
    • Coordinating with development team for quick closure of the bug reported
    • Oversee test activities as assigned and ensure thorough understanding of how to optimize test activities across projects in order to achieve optimum use of test resources

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :

    Qualification :
    B.E. + MBA (Preferable)

    • Work experience in years : 5 years + in business analysis or a related field

    Skills / experience required :

    • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
    • Excellent documentation skills
    • Competency in Microsoft application including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Proven capabilities in project and usertesting management
    • Test status reporting at both the detailed and management level
