    Real Estate Presales Executive Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Presales Executive to join our team at dweller-pro. This is a full-time role located in Pune, India.

    Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate existing leads and potential customers through targeted calls and outreach efforts.
    • Nurture relationships with leads to generate site visits and bookings, consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.

    Key Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in presales roles within the real estate industry (mandatory).
    • Demonstrated success as a Presales Executive with strong negotiation, consultative sales skills, customer orientation, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
