- Bachelorsdegree in electrical engineering mechanical engineering or relatedfield.
- 36 years of experience in motor designwith a focus on brushless DC (BLDC) motors permanent magnetsynchronous motors (PMSM) or similartechnologies.
- Proficiency in ANSYS for FEAanalysis and electromagnetic simulation including Maxwell forelectromagnetic field analysis.
- Expertise inSolidWorks and AutoCAD for 3D modeling drafting and designvalidation.
- Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to interpret simulationresults and optimize motor designs for performance andefficiency.
- Experience with design optimizationtechniques and methodologies such as topology optimization andparametric studies preferred.
