Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver training modules on various aspects of civil engineering which include Autocad, Revit,3dsmax, Sketchup
2. Design instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
3. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
4. Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to continuously improve training programs.
5. Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees, assisting with career development and goal-setting.
6. Maintain training facilities and equipment, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
7. Support institute administration with administrative tasks related to training activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
3. Must have knowlegde in relevant software tools and technologies used in civil engineering.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
