She/he will:
Ensure the accuracy of theActuals reporting packages delivered by our entities: analysis of apart of the
balance sheet income statement and/or cashflow statement
Evaluate recommend and implement actionplans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness accordingto
Group IFRS accounting rules
Providesupport in the preparation of the quarterly earnings releasebiannual and annual reports such as
6K/20F for US filing& CSSF reports for European filing
Assist andsupport the Company's with the various cross functionaldepartments (mainly compliance
controlling treasury taxinvestor relations M&A)
Provide support towardsour group external auditors with the preparation of necessaryinternal Sox
supports
Contribute to leadinternal finance projects as appropriate
