    Description

    ELIGIBILITY
    • 15+ years of experience in AX/D365FO assignments
    • 10+ years of experience in lead & management roles within AX/D365FO
    • Profound understanding of project management methodologies and tools.


    • Strong leadership acumen to drive project success.

    RESPONSIBILIES


    • Project Delivery: o Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of ERP projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts, to achieve project objectives. o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.


    • Leadership and Collaboration: o Motivate and guide project teams to optimize performance and foster collaboration. o Facilitate consistent communication among stakeholders, including team members and clients. o Foster a proactive approach to issue resolution.


    • Client Relationship Management: o Support pre-sales efforts. o Create Go-to-Market materials. o Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle. o Cultivate lasting client relationships through transparent communication, exceptional service, and a deep understanding of their business goals.


    • Functional Expertise:

    o Become a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. o Support functional solutions, analyze requirements, and provide technical and operational guidance.

    TASKS


    Collaborate with BU Manager to increase delivery quality standards and new business opportunities.


    Build a good relationship and keep in touch with employees and customers during their assignment through attendance and joint activities.


    Work with Nexer EA Global management teams to understand the new requirements and collaborate with CU managers to allocate the right resources.


    Share ideas/knowledge on growth areas and assist BU manager in defining the growth strategy.


    Coordinate with BU Manager about development, changes, and important events in the Business Area/CU


    Assist sales & pre-sales activities, by identifying the people with right skillset.


    Identify cross selling opportunities within the unit and existing customers.


    Drive teams to deliver the quality solutions within the planned timelines
