    Job Description

    • Responsible for day-to-day accounting duties including accounts payable, accounts receivables, bank reconciliation, invoice issuance, etc. Handling of company bank account for creating payments, checking balance, and other requirements.
    • Regular accounts bookkeeping and maintenance and co-ordination. Handle intercompany transactions and coordinate with HQ finance team for weekly / month-end reports.
    • Coordinate with banks, government bodies and other tax regulatory bodies for smooth operations with relation to finance & accounts. Ensure and coordinate for regular tax filings (GST, PT, PF, TDS).
    • Support with documentation and record-maintenance at Bangalore office, and liaison with Admin personnel / Regional Manager as required.
    • Support with India Board Meetings, Auditor visits and any other compliance issues & regulations.
    • Support India office in finance aspect of HR related issues, i.e. payroll, bonus calculation, on-boarding, employee exit settlement, etc.
    • Support Regional Manager / Finance Director with any ad-hoc tasks as requested.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Administration, Accounting etc.
    • With 2-3 years of working experience related to accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax filings etc.
    • Good command of spoken and written English.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications particularly with MS Word and Excel, and finance tracking applications like Tally Prime, online filing portals, etc.
    • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
