    About the Role:

    As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll be the engine powering our marketing campaigns for SaaS software ventures within our portfolio. You'll wear many hats, from orchestrating campaigns to analyzing data, all while ensuring efficiency and maximizing impact. This is a fast-paced role where you'll be constantly learning and evolving, rubbing shoulders with industry leaders and contributing to the success of high-growth companies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and analyze high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, webinars, etc.) for our SaaS portfolio companies.
    • Develop and implement campaign reporting dashboards to track performance and optimize future efforts.
    • Drive marketing automation using Pardot to enhance campaign efficiency.
    • Optimize our website (likely built on Wordpress or similar CMS) for lead generation and conversion.
    • Utilize Hotjar to gain insights into user behavior and inform website optimization strategies.
    • Deep-dive into campaign data to identify trends, analyze results, and draw actionable insights to improve future performance.
    • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure campaign success and alignment with overall business goals.
    • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve marketing processes and workflows.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, ideally for SaaS software products.
    • Proven track record of successfully executing and analyzing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce is a must.
    • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (Pardot or similar) and marketing analytics tools (Hotjar or similar).
    • Experience with website optimization and management platforms like Wordpress or similar.
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website design stacks is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
    • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
