    What you'll do...

    As a Reporting Manager, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical tasks and duties:

    Stakeholder Connection:
    Serve as the key liaison between MDIO and other teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration

    Report Compilation:
    Meet with stakeholders to compile detailed requirements for requested reports, understanding their precise needs

    Task Assignment:
    Assign tasks and responsibilities to the reporting team, distributing workload effectively

    Timeline Management:
    Oversee the team's task timelines, proactively providing updates and ensuring tasks are completed within schedule

    Report Reviewer:
    Act as the initial reviewer for all reports requested, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with requirements

    Review Coordination:
    Schedule, attend, and moderate all review meetings with stakeholders, taking comprehensive notes and effectively communicating updates and action items

    Issue Resolution:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for users encountering errors within reports. Investigate reported concerns, assign fixes to team members when necessary, and ensure corrections are communicated back to the users.


    Data Management:
    Manage the organization of folders in the Power BI server, maintaining a structured and efficient data storage system

    Permission Oversight:
    Be responsible for managing permissions for all reports in the Power BI server, ensuring data security and access control

    Report Distribution:
    Monitor the distribution of reports from both Power BI and manually generated Excel reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

    CTO Relationship:
    Manage the relationship between the reporting team and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) regarding tech needs and requests

    User Updates:
    Provide timely updates to users regarding the availability of new reports or upgrades to existing reports, ensuring they are aware of relevant developments

    Report Tracking:
    Maintain a detailed log of all active reports, reports in progress, and requested reports, ensuring transparency and accountability

    Support Function:
    Offer any necessary support to the reporting team to facilitate their efficient performance and goal achievement.

    You should have...Proficiency in managing and leading a team of full stack and low code no code individuals.
    Strong experience with Power BI, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with the platform.
    A solid background in SQL to manipulate and manage data effectively.
    Exceptional communication skills, with a preference for multilingual capabilities.
    Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate the requirements associated with requested reports.
    Exposure to business practices and a strong understanding of business thought processes.
    Agility to adapt reporting strategies based on new requests, changing data insights, and evolving requirements.
    Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize project timelines to ensure successful outcomes.

    Additionally, you should have experience in the following:Being a connection point between different departments within the organization.
    Meeting with stakeholders to gather and understand the requirements for requested reports.
    Assigning tasks to a reporting team and managing their timelines.
    Reviewing and providing feedback on reports.
    Scheduling, attending, and facilitating review meetings with stakeholders.
    Managing report organization and permissions in Power BI.Monitoring report distribution and addressing errors or issues.
    Maintaining effective communication with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for technical needs and requests.
    Maintaining a log of all active, in-progress, and requested reports.
    Offering support and assistance to the reporting team.
    The ability to prioritize and manage project timelines effectively.
