    As a Sr. IT Analyst - E-commerce Personalization here at Honeywell, you will be part of the Titan Advanced Analytics team, playing a crucial role in driving the success of our e-commerce platform by leveraging your expertise in personalization strategies. You will work closely with the Digital Product Owners and Web Analytics team to gather requirements, analyze customer data, identify trends, and implement personalized experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. In addition to your e-commerce personalization responsibilities, you will also take on project management responsibilities, ensuring the successful execution of IT projects within the organization.

    You will report directly to our IT Manager and you'll work out of Bangalore, India on a hybrid work schedule.

    In this role, you will have a direct impact on the customer experience by leveraging data-driven insights to create personalized experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital & IT Product Owners, Product Offering, Customer Marketing and UI/UX teams, to implement and optimize personalization strategies, driving customer engagement and loyalty. You will also work in an Agile development environment, participating in PI planning, sprint planning, and grooming stories. Additionally, you will coordinate with solution architects and Enterprise architects to ensure alignment with overall IT architecture and strategy.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Develop, configure and implement personalized experiences on our e-commerce platform

    · Analyze customer and product data to identify trends and opportunities for personalization

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Product Owners, Product Offering, Customer Marketing, IT and UI/UX teams to optimize personalization strategies like personalized product recommendation

    · Work in an Agile development environment, participating in PI planning, sprint planning, and grooming stories

    · Coordinate with solution architects and enterprise architects to ensure alignment with overall IT architecture and strategy

    · Collaborate Enterprise IT teams to integrate personalization tools and algorithms into the e-commerce platform.

    · Implement A/B testing methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of personalized experiences and iteratively optimize performance.

    · Lead the implementation of new personalization technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

    · Monitor and analyze the performance of personalized experiences and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

    · Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements

    · Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security in support of personalization efforts.

    · Manage IT projects, including resource allocation, project planning, and monitoring progress

    · Ensure successful execution of IT projects within the organization

    · Utilize JIRA for project tracking and issue management

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis, with a focus on e-commerce personalization

    • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and personalization strategies

    • Proficiency in data analysis, ETL and system integration tools and techniques


    • Familiarity with web technologies, databases, APIs, and integrations

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

    • Experience with project tracking and issue management using JIRA

    WE VALUE

    · Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

    · Experience in project management methodologies

    · Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and best practices

    · Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and web analytics tools.

    · Experience with personalization technologies such as recommendation engines, content management systems (CMS), customer data platforms (CDP), etc.

    · Knowledge of SAP Material and Customer Master Data

    · Experience working with Informatica PIM, Adobe Experience Manger (AEM) and SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)

    · Ability to simplify complex technical concepts

    · Passion for staying at the forefront of e-commerce personalization trends

    · Demonstrated leadership in driving successful IT projects
