    Description
    Overview As a TechnicalRecruiter (Fresher) in our 100% remote work from home team you willplay a vital role in acquiring top talent to support our technicalteams. You will be responsible for sourcing screening andfacilitating the onboarding process for technical roles. Yourability to identify and engage with qualified candidates willdirectly impact our companys growth andsuccess.
    Keyresponsibilities
    • Utilize variouschannels to source potential candidates including job boards socialmedia and professional networks
    • Screen resumesand applications for technical skills and culturalfit
    • Recruiting candidates on jobportals such as Upwork Indeed LinkedIn Hiristetc.
    • Conduct initial phone screensto assess candidates interest availability and basicqualifications
    • Maintain candidate databases anduse applicant tracking systems to trackprogress
    • Coordinate interview schedules andcommunicate with candidates throughout the hiringprocess
    • Assist in the development of jobdescriptions and interview questionnaires tailored to entryleveltechnical roles
    • Participate in job fairs careerevents and networking opportunities to attract freshtalent
    • Proactively build a talent pipeline forfuture hiring needs
    • Collaborate with hiringmanagers to understand job requirements and ensure a smoothrecruitment process
    • Consistently meet or exceedhiring goals and deadlines
    • Adhere to allapplicable laws and regulations regarding hiring practices andequal opportunities
    • Contribute to thecontinuous improvement of recruitment processes andmethods
    • Provide timely and professionalcommunication to candidates and internalstakeholders
    • Maintain confidentiality andprofessionalism throughout the recruitmentprocess
    • Adapt to changing priorities andembrace a fastpaced dynamic workenvironment
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
    • Meet targets /deadlines
    Requiredqualifications
    • Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Business Administration Psychology or relatedfield
    • Strong communication skills both writtenand verbal
    • High level of professionalism anddiscretion
    • Basic understanding of technicalroles and skills (e.g. programming languages softwaredevelopment)
    • Ability to prioritize and managemultiple tasks and deadlinesefficiently
    • Excellent organizational skillswith meticulous attention to detail
    • Provenability to work effectively in a remote virtual teamenvironment
    • Passion for learning and growthwithin the talent acquisitionfield
    • Demonstrated ability to engage and buildrelationships with diverse candidatepools
    • Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities
    • Familiarity with applicanttracking systems and recruitmentsoftware
    • Ability to maintain a positivecandidate experience
