Job Description

1)End to end management of all Desktops, Laptops, Printers & Peripherals for existing and new devices covering installations and management. 2) Perform any installation, movement, addition, or changes of IT assets. 3) Hardware management, coordination with vendor 4) Management of all installed software on the devices. 5) L1 support of all Business applications accessed by the end user. 6) Automated regular desktop/laptop management activities like disk clean up, defragmentation, patch deployment, antivirus updates. 7) Should be aware about ITIL process. 8) Occasional plant visit is to be done near Mumbai location based on requirement.
