Overview:

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing processes. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Selenium and Java, with proficiency in Python as a secondary skill. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate testing strategies and results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications.
• Design, execute, and maintain automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and identify test cases for automation.
• Perform thorough regression testing to validate software changes and enhancements.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes and efficiency through automation.
• Document test cases, test results, and defects in detail, and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Work closely with QA team members to prioritize testing activities and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium and Java for automated testing.
• Secondary proficiency in Python for scripting and test automation.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
