MCS Mining Department Police etc. Consultants Local Community Minimum Qualification (i.e education training etc.) Graduate in any discipline Punjabi Language must Minimum Experience years of experience Should have worked with real estate developers in Mohali city Special Skills Attributes required for performing the job effectively In-depth understanding of regulatory framework central state laws Well-versed with all Development Control Rules regulations Bye laws procedures SoP for all liaison work for obtaining permissions approvals and NOCs
