    Job Overview

    We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team at iVoomi Innovation Pvt. Ltd. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations in the Chennai, Tamil Nadu region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of dealer management and distribution channel management
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to think strategically and drive sales growth
    • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Applicant Should have Automotive Sales Experience.
    • Automotive (Electric Vehicle)Sales Experience is Prefered.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets
    • Manage and build relationships with dealers and distributors in the assigned area
    • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
    • Coordinate with marketing department to develop and execute effective sales campaigns
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales metrics and performance
    • Train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall sales processes
