Functional Consultant (US Shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to join our team and provide high-quality support and guidance to our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Solutions: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding and addressing their needs by providing tailored solutions and assisting in troubleshooting and resolving support tickets.
Software Implementation: Implement software based on client-specific requirements and ensure the solution aligns seamlessly with their business processes.
Training & Coaching: Conduct individual and group training sessions to coach clients on software usage, enabling efficient use of functionalities. Prepare training materials and deliver functional training sessions.
Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and map them effectively within the software environment.
End-to-End Delivery Cycle: Accompany clients throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle, from initial configuration to final go-live.
Resource Negotiation: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to negotiate the required resources for successful implementation.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and verify the development process to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to client specifications.

Requirements

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar role, specifically handling international clients.
Technical Skills:

CRM Systems: Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
ERP Software: Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
SQL & Database Management: Basic understanding of SQL queries and database structures for troubleshooting and data extraction.
API & Integrations: Familiarity with API-based integrations and web services for system connectivity.
Software Implementation: Experience with software configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment.
Business Intelligence Tools: Exposure to reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar

The shift for this position is US Night Shift.
