Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement TIBCO WebFOCUS reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet business needs.
• Optimize and enhance existing WebFOCUS applications to improve performance and usability.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including database administrators, business analysts, and endusers, to deliver highquality BI solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to endusers as needed.
• Stay uptodate with TIBCO WebFOCUS best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve our BI capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a TIBCO WebFOCUS Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in TIBCO WebFOCUS tools and technologies, including WebFOCUS Designer, ReportCaster, and WebFOCUS App Studio.
• Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Relevant TIBCO certifications (e.g., TIBCO Certified Professional) are a plus.
