- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust backend services, APIs, and databases.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (frontend engineers, product managers, and designers) to understand.
- Product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the backend engineering team.
- Lead and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Enforce coding standards and best practices through code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the evolution and optimization of the overall system architecture.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks by optimizing code and database queries for speed and efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve backend issues ensuring stability, security, and reliability of our systems Contribute to product.
- Implementations and support by working closely with implementations and customer success PoCs.
- Bachelor s or higher degree in Computer Science.
- Proven experience as a senior backend engineer, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup.
- Environment Proficient in Python for backend development.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems.
- Experience in leading and mentoring mission driven product engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with jango will be a plus.
- Experience in building enterprise-grade B2B SaaS products will be a plus.
