    Designation: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager-Sales

    Scope of the role


    • Responsible for attending site visits, negotiations, and transaction closure.


    • Building and maintaining excellent client relationships and associated documentation management


    • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with potential channel partners for the sale of residential properties and other real estate professionals to drive walk-ins.


    • Ensure timelessness and accuracy of deliverables, client service delivery and engagement calls, meetings, site visits, follow-up, and overall governance.


    • Inter-department collaboration within the company to ensure closures and meet revenue goals by supporting the transaction advisory team to execute and conclude transactions effectively.

    Desired Candidate Should Have:

    2-10 years of Real Estate Sales experience.

    Require professionals with Real Estate/Hospitality /Automobile/ Aviation sales/customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and pleasing personality.

    Graduation (Any)/Post Graduation (Any)

    MahaRERA Agent Training Program Certificate.

    Passionate about real estate sales.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Immediate joiners would be preferred.

    Real Estate Experience will be an added advantage.
