Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Associate based in Gurugram. The role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues, answering phone calls with professionalism, and creating a welcoming environment that reflects SPAR's values.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and creating positive Customer Experiences
- Proficient in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining exceptional service standards
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous
