    What You'll Do

    Exciting leadership role responsible for leading the India and ASEAN Customer Experience SP organization, partnering closely with the India and ASEAN SP sales leadership team to drive 360 motion and grow a profitable business. You and your team will be responsible for accelerating the customer success and profitable growth of Cisco and Partner business by delivering the best customer experience in the industry. You will develop a strategy that is closely aligned to the India SP and ASEAN sales strategy to closely manage the customer lifecycle and grow the Annual Recurring Revenue and improve On-Time Renewals Rates. You will be instrumental in driving transformational engagements with our customers. You will develop a strong CX team culture that is based on Customer Obsession, Trusted Expertise, Extraordinary Teamwork and Fun.

    You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key Customer and partner CxO's to build mindshare and grow the business together.

    Reporting to CX APJ SP Vice President you will be partnering with other cross functional leaders across the APJ Sales and CX business to drive success.

    What You'll Do

  • Sets strategic service delivery direction that anticipates the needs of our customers and their technology needs:
  • Ensures operational excellence in service delivery execution to assure customer objectives and outcomes
  • Influences customer decision making via thought leadership on technology drivers for their business;
  • Assesses and influences services delivery methods and execution improvements through the eyes of the customer.
  • Lead the global service delivery experience to the customer - single point of ownership and accountability for all customer service delivery related activities
  • Assure customer outcomes across lifecycle of Plan/Build/Manage
  • Manage India and ASEAN SP level profitability - identify new revenue opportunities, drive revenue recognition, manage efficiencies, drive productivity, manage projects successfully while meeting revenue and cost budgets
  • Shape multi-year services strategy, in conjunction with sales leadership
  • Drive services revenue growth through sales pursuits, aligned to account plan and business development
  • Influence and challenge the customer's thinking to develop better solutions to business and IT objectives
  • Establish and maintain CxO relationships - directly influence CIO/CTO
  • Build and manage global direct and matrix teams for customer execution
  • Champion customer requirements and needs into Cisco - engineering, quality, roadmaps, service offer development, etc.
  • Innovate around delivery process, engagement models, business management, and customer intimacy - demonstrate improvement in business execution and be seen as a go to resource in helping shape portfolio and technology direction.

    Who You Are?

    The successful applicant will have extensive experience within the high-tech sector with a strong track record of having worked at executive level managing significant P&Ls within a Western headquartered multinational environment.

    Strong revenue generating performance in a regional senior sales and services executive role, with experience in selling and delivering B2B / enterprise technology across multiple geographies in India to both public and private sector clients.

    "Next generation" collaborative leadership experience in high-performance, entrepreneurial, and/or dynamic, growing businesses, such as mid-size entities or consulting companies.
