    Required Skills:

    • 8+ years experience Experience with Backup Storage Technologies like Cohesity, Data Domain, and EMC Elastic Cloud (ECS).
    • Experience in automating and managing backup infrastructure components using Ansible.
    • Experience with monitoring and management knowledge of backup and recovery tools
    • Have extensive experience with operating systems, network protocols, systems programming and configurations for backup tools like EMC Elastic Cloud, Cohesity, and Data Domain
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or any related discipline is required, along with experience in a company's storage environment specifically in the backup domain.
    • Experience with disaster recovery technologies and data replication.
    • At least 3 years in designing and implementing enterprise class backup solutions for a large company.

    Nice to have:

    • Knowledge and understanding of cloud storage and cloud backup technology is a plus
    • Knowledge of related technologies like VMWare, Windows, Unix/Linux, and databases is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Validate and test Architecture and Design solutions to produce detailed engineering specifications with recommended design and vendor technologies and provide level 3 support to Storage backup operations team.
    • Provide engineering solutions in the infrastructure space with responsibility for the Backup Systems and/or Storage environment.
    • Providing design & configuration solutions as well as day-to-day upgrades & administration
    • Responsible for capacity planning, disaster recovery, and security where necessary.

    • These individuals have extensive experience with large-scale enterprise environments and the related HW/SW issue.
