Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail store
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing

• Maximize sales by implementing effective merchandising and promotional strategies
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Motivate and supervise a team of store staff, ensuring they are well-trained and meet sales targets
