    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Market Research and Analysis :

    • Conduct research on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities to support business development efforts.
    • Analyze data and compile reports to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and collateral to support sales and promotional activities.
    • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.

    Administrative Support:

    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Head of Marketing, Business Development & Contract Manufacturing
    • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
    • Maintain accurate records, including contact lists, expense reports, and departmental budgets.

    Communication and Correspondence:

    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
    • Draft and edit emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the Head.
    • Monitor and respond to inquiries, forwarding messages as necessary and ensuring timely followup.

    Project Coordination:

    • Assist in the coordination and execution of business development and marketing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
    • Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
    • Coordinate crossfunctional teams and facilitate communication to ensure smooth project execution.

    Event Planning and Support:

    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities.
    • Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering, signage, and promotional materials.
    • Provide onsite support during events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive attendee experience.

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience (at least 3 to 5 years) in administrative support roles, preferably in Business Development or Marketing.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Specially word, excel and PPT
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
