Commercial Engagement Representative

Location:
Home based or Hybrid - India


Position Summary:


We're looking for a Commercial Engagement Representative who can help us nurture and grow our SMB & e-commerce customer base.

Your Day-to-Day:

- **Customer Growth**: Take the lead in driving account growth, focusing on expanding our ever-growing SMB userbase. Take ownership of their post-purchase journey, from adoption to expansion. Actively seek out new opportunities from the existing customer base.

Relationship Building: Get to know our users as thoroughly as possible. From onboarding onwards be the first point of contact. Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships. Plant seeds for future opportunities. You're the bridge between user needs and our solutions

Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales and Success teams to ensure a seamless user experience from the first touchpoint. Work with our Product team to provide feedback and explore and deliver solutions. Work with our Marketing team to build user advocacy.

Learning and Educating:Become the master of your craft. Use your knowledge to make our users successful. Fearlessly embrace opportunities for continuous learning and growth


What You Bring to The Team:

  • This is not your first job, preferably you have been managing and building customer relationships in a B2B/B2C SaaS industry previously with the overall experience of 3 years.
  • A Fastpaced working environment has proven to be suitable for you. But you never compromise quality over speed.
  • You are known for your excellent communication skills no matter the medium you're interacting with people on. You actively listen, ensure efficiency with the right questions, and infect with your positive energy.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Being datadriven is your natural strength, and having measurable targets helps you stay focused.
  • The idea of learning more about how to help our users is something that makes you tick.
  • Can-Do attitude. We all run into roadblocks every day. We're looking for someone who can find solutions, motivate themselves, and keep getting things done.
