Job summary

All Plants Production / Dispatch Performance Report Compilation and Summary Report to the COO Send Detailed Plant-wise reports to CMD Office on daily basis Costing P&L Ensure timely compilation of all monthly reports related to P&L Handling of COOs Accounts i.e Mail Outlook Hirecraft SAP Preparation of Meeting Presentations and Details for GC Meeting Monthly P&L and Other Meetings involving COOs presentation Maintaining Daily Calendar and schedule meetings of COOs office This includes interviews plant reviews visitors etc Writing of MOM of all relevant meetings circulations and follow-up on all pending points Handling & checking of Documents coming for COOs approval i.e Capex Approval Forms HR Related Documents Bills & Other Financial Documents Also ensure confidentiality of the Documents Ensure that Plant-wise daily costing is being followed and discussed in Plant Also make sure that Daily Costing Summary Plant-wise is being shared to CMD Office Acting as the point of contact between C-level executives Identify and flag issues / challenges / grievances across plants or projects to COO Monitoring & ensure implementation of Improvement initiatives Also make sure horizontal deploymentof best practices across Viraj through coordination with Cluster Heads / Plant Heads Monitor & Analyse cost saving initiativesand results impact in P&L
