- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, and orientation sessions.
- Coordinate exit formalities, including complete handovers, exit interviews, documentation and full and finals.
- Ensure a positive candidate and new hire as well as exit experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the process.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses or escalating issues as appropriate.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
