    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. The HR Associate will play a key role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HR operations, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer service orientation, and a passion for supporting employees and driving organizational success.

    Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment, Onboarding and Exits:

    • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation and conducting reference checks.
    • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, and orientation sessions.
    • Coordinate exit formalities, including complete handovers, exit interviews, documentation and full and finals.
    • Ensure a positive candidate and new hire as well as exit experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the process.

    Employee Relations

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses or escalating issues as appropriate.
    • Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

    HR Operations

    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including streamlining employee records and data, creating regular visibility of HR activities for the leadership team through a robust HR dashboard.
    • Assist in the creation, review, and updating of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals, industry best practices, and legal requirements.
    • Support the implementation and communication of new policies and procedures, including training employees and managers on policy changes and updates.
    • Develop and maintain HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Coordinate employee events, initiatives, and programs to promote employee engagement and enhance the employee experience.

    Payroll and HR Compliance

    • Support payroll processes, including data entry, verification, and processing of payroll transactions.
    • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with payroll-related regulations.
    • Support HR audits and assessments by compiling data, preparing documentation, and responding to inquiries from auditors or regulatory agencies.
    • Stay informed about changes in HR laws and regulations and communicate updates to the HR team and relevant stakeholders.

    Administrative Support

    • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, maintaining HR files, and managing departmental correspondence.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.

    Qualifications
    - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - 1-2 years of experience in human resources or related administrative roles.
    - Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    - Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
