- Ideate & develop communication strategies for our members
- Manage internal communications & assets (memos, announcements, presentations, website, etc.)
- Liaise with Client Management team to create and track customized plans for our members
- Collaborate with marketing team for social media & events to provide content and editorial support
- Provide guidance and direction to other writers and designers in team
- Ensure timely delivery of the communication for all product lines
- Excellent fluency in English, flair for language
- Exposed to articles-writing, blogs/forums
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver as per the timeline
- Contribute original ideas for the new content
- Having experience in design platforms like Canva, Crello or Marvel is a plus
- Post-Graduation in English Literature, Mass Communication or Journalism or Psychology with a passion and commitment to writing flawless and attention-grabbing content
