    You will be responsible for the generation and submission of disclosures, financial statements at a group or entity level, including financial accounts and associated disclosures, head office reporting (ADAC), statistical regulatory reporting, and MI reporting for business and regional management across Legal Entities.

    Creation of entity level accounting, for undertaking detailed analysis and review of reporting and results as a control and to provide information for performance management.

    Credit Suisse Group Finance -- Financial Accounting is a global team with the vision to deliver in-sightful financial accounting and reporting for the bank and its legal entities in an accurate, timely and efficient manner. Financial Accounting comprises of the following teams.

    • The Finance Data Management & Analytics team is responsible for managing F1 Platform Services and ensuring data reconciliation, validity, adjustment, and analytics across CFO for Financial Reporting on the F1 platform. The team is also responsible for managing the data utility within CFO.
    • The Ledger Control team is responsible for Ledger Control, Lease Accounting, Fixed Assets, IDS Accounting, and Portfolio Reporting along with intercompany booking and settlement & break management.
    • Regional Financial Accounting teams are responsible for the generation, control, analysis, and review of entity level books and records in local, Swiss, and US GAAP along with IFRS reporting and the production of local financial statements.
    • The Group Financial Reporting team leads the Group US GAAP/Swiss GAAP financial close process involving preparation and critical review of the Group/Bank financial statements and regulatory reports to SNB and FINMA.

    The above line functions are supported by enabling functions that are responsible for SoX controls and Budget/HC management teams.

    You Offer

    We are looking for:

    • CA with 6 - 9 years of relevant financial accounting experience, preferably within the financial industry
    • Have a strong understanding of reconciliation, US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, knowledge of banking products such as derivatives, repo, etc. would be an added advantage.
    • Strong SME skills in regulatory reporting, legal entity controller roles, worked on consolidation of financial statements & exposure to Peoplesoft GL, reconciliation systems & other regulatory system would be preferred
    • You have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and able to liaise with business and technical teams of all levels.
    • Ability to manage teams is preferred and balance multiple challenging priorities and assignments
