    PO creation & Invoice Processing in SAPCoordination with finance and vendors for monthly invoice generation and payment processing.
    Car lease EMI Invoice processing.
    Car maintenance/ Drivers Salary/ Fuel expenses reimbursement vouchers processing.
    Employee meal card distributionHoliday home booking invoices processingProvide support to create monthly admin budget provision.

    Courier managementPetty cash handlingReporting to Head – AdminCoordinate with internal stakeholders like finance, HR and business teams for administrative support.

    Experience: 3-4 years of experience in corporate administration / accounts

    SAP knowledge is must.
    Experience in managing car leaseStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills
