    Job Title: CONTENT SALES MANAGER (NORTH)

    Location: Delhi, India

    Compensation:

    Salary: INR 15,00,000 per annum

    Sales incentive as per company policy

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the North region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, particularly in selling branded content and video content on digital platforms. They should possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to structure commercial deals effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base in the North region.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

    Drive sales of branded content and video content on digital platforms, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

    Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative content solutions that align with client objectives.

    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.

    Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

    Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

    Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against targets.

    Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking with potential clients and partners.

    Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

    6-8 years of relevant experience in sales, with a focus on branded content and video content sales on digital mediums.

    Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong network of contacts in the industry.

    Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

    Experience in structuring commercial deals, including pricing and contract negotiations.

    Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including trends and best practices.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize and multitask effectively.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
