- Design and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits packages.

- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer letter creation.

- Design, implement, and manage bonus programs.
- Analyze and track HR metrics, including employee turnover and cost-per-hire.
- Recommend and implement improvements to the entire recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate employee records and attendance data.
- Manage terminations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of accounts and taxation practices.
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in a Senior HR or similar role
- Strong knowledge of PF/ESIC regulations
- Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Expertise in salary structure design and administration
- Experience in developing and delivering training and development programs
- Proficient in payroll and budget management
- Solid understanding of general HR administration practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to build and maintain positive employee relationships
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
