- Lead the design and architecture of enterprisegrade solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, technical requirements, and constraints, and translate them into scalable and reliable Azure solutions.
- Define and document Azure architecture patterns, standards, and best practices to guide development teams in building robust and efficient cloud applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
- Architect and implement cloudnative solutions leveraging Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Storage.
- Design and implement secure and compliant Azure environments, including identity and access management (IAM), network security, data encryption, and compliance controls.
- Develop migration strategies for migrating onpremises workloads to Azure, including liftandshift migrations, replatforming, and modernization initiatives.
- Evaluate new Azure services, features, and technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption based on business needs and technical requirements.
- Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and development teams, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, databases, and security.
- Experience architecting solutions using Azure PaaS services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Event Grid.
- Deep understanding of cloudnative architectures, microservices, serverless computing, and containerization technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, network security, and compliance standards.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to architect scalable, resilient, and highperformance solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are preferred.
- Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and cloud migration strategies.
- Knowledge of cloud governance frameworks and best practices for managing Azure environments at scale.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
- Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of industryspecific compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
