    Sr. Software Engineer (Zoho CRM)

    What we are seeking?

    • Designation - Sr. Zoho CRM Developer
    • Skills - PHP, Zoho
    • Experience - 5+ years

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, maintain, and customize Zoho CRM solutions, focusing on Sales & Marketing modules.
    • Assess client needs and propose suitable CRM solutions.
    • Create and execute Zoho CRM configurations, workflows, and automation.
    • Build custom Zoho CRM modules, functions, and reports using Deluge scripting language.
    • Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications for streamlined operations.
    • Oversee data migration and quality assurance in Zoho CRM.
    • Offer technical support and troubleshoot Zoho CRM-related issues.
    • Stay updated on latest Zoho CRM features and integrations.
    • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members for successful project delivery. Zoho Certified developer.

    Requirements:

    • Strong technical skills in web development, database management, and scripting.
    • Familiarity with Zoho CRM functionalities and customization options.
    • Excellent communication and problems-solving aptitude.
    • Expertise in web development using open-source frameworks like Laravel, ecommerce solutions such as Magento, Shopify, etc.
