    Job Description

    • Plan and control the activities related to Sales Accounts, Plant Accounts to comply the statutory requirements and ensure accurate accounts.
    • To ensure timely finalization of interim and final accounts.

    Timely finalization of statutory audit, limited review audit, tax audit and cost audit to comply statutory requirements and to furnish accounts to corporate office.

    3.100% Statutory Compliances

    • To ensure preparation of timely and accurate MIS to enable management to take corrective actions/ decisions.
    • Monitoring all activities related to banks for optimum fund utilization and compliance of statutory requirements & to reduce overall fund cost.
    • Ensure implementation and review of established systems, procedures, norms and standards to prevent irregularities and to ensure proper usage of resources.
    • Build & sustain a conducive work culture by effective management of people to improve productivity, growth and motivation levels of employees to institutionalize best organizing practices in the unit.
    • Implement & monitor systems and procedures for effective management of cost in the division
    • To implement the change management practices in Accounts & stores Department

    10. Ensures Commercial Process Efficiency
    a.

    Ensure Stores / Spares availability as per process and also control Inventory of Stores and spares with in Limit of Ideal Inventory.

    b. Monitoring of PR with in limit of S&S budget for FY 21-22.
    c. Ensure Raw Material stocks (Packing Bags, Dolomite, White Cement, Clinker, Gypsum and GP65 as per process).
    d.

    Ensure Availability of Raw Material Specially Dolomite & Other Key Raw Material and no production loss due to stock out of the same.


    11. Store and A/c Management
    a.    To ensure spare availability as per customer requirement on time without affecting the plant performance
    b. Completion of service / Annual PO creation before start of its validity
    c. On time data submission to BW Katni/ CFD / HO/ CCC without any reminder
    d. Completion of Inventory approval and other note as per schedule
    e. Maintain the inventory as per agreed norm
