As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat)
    • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and policies
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty
    • Assist customers in navigating the company website and online resources
    • Document all customer interactions and ensure accurate record keeping
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
    • Meet assigned targets for customer satisfaction and service level agreements
