KeyResponsibilities:
Leadand mentor a team of Salesforce developers providing guidance onbest practices and developmentmethodologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders togather and define business requirements ensuring alignment withSalesforce capabilities.
Design and implementscalable and robust Salesforce solutions leveraging declarative andprogrammatic features.
Oversee the endtoenddevelopment lifecycle from design to deployment and ongoingsupport.
Conduct code reviews performanceoptimization and ensure adherence to codingstandards.
Stay informed about Salesforceadvancements recommending and implementing relevantupdates.
Provide technical leadershipcontributing to the overall architecture and strategy of Salesforceimplementations.
