- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across offline, social media and digital marketing mandates.
- Understand client goals, brand tonality, and target audience to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, performance, design) to ensure timely deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively share updates, insights, and recommendations with clients.
- Anticipate client needs, address challenges, and build long-term trust-based relationships.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports and reviews to clients.
- Ensure retention of clients by delivering consistent value and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Escalate challenges to the CS Head with solutions-oriented thinking.

- End-to-end exposure to social media management, performance marketing, and content strategies.
- Skills in data interpretation, reporting, and analytics for decision-making.

- Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills in English.
