- Managing Planning & Execution of day-day Operations.
- Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
- Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences.
- Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating.
- Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones.
- Roaster Planning, Week-off scheduling.
- Contributing to the development of customer satisfaction programs.
- Ensure that the financial procedures such as Cash deposit, DSR( Daily Sales Report) are updated on a daily basis.
- Motivate the store staff and ensure the growth of the store staff in terms of Skill and position.
- Continuous communication with the store staff thru store briefing, training on the offers and promotions, daily sales, Customer grievance.
- Ensure that the customer appointments are scheduled accordingly.
- Responsible for the achievement of the store targets.
- Able to handle customer complaints and grievances.
- Ensure the optimum mix of sales through services and membership sales.
- Ensuring that the SOP is adhered at the store.
- Any Graduates
- Good communication skills
- Preferred from Any Hospitality, Retail, FMCG industry role
