    Description

    Job Responsibilities

    • Managing Planning & Execution of day-day Operations.
    • Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
    • Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences.
    • Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating.
    • Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones.
    • Roaster Planning, Week-off scheduling.
    • Contributing to the development of customer satisfaction programs.
    • Ensure that the financial procedures such as Cash deposit, DSR( Daily Sales Report) are updated on a daily basis.
    • Motivate the store staff and ensure the growth of the store staff in terms of Skill and position.
    • Continuous communication with the store staff thru store briefing, training on the offers and promotions, daily sales, Customer grievance.
    • Ensure that the customer appointments are scheduled accordingly.
    • Responsible for the achievement of the store targets.
    • Able to handle customer complaints and grievances.
    • Ensure the optimum mix of sales through services and membership sales.
    • Ensuring that the SOP is adhered at the store.

    Qualifications

    • Any Graduates
    • Good communication skills
    • Preferred from Any Hospitality, Retail, FMCG industry role
