- Set up machines, including selecting tools, loading programs, and adjusting settings for optimal performance.
- Operate VMCs efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC machines to ensure continuous operation.
- Inspect and verify dimensions of products for accuracy against specifications using precision measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machining processes and improve production efficiency.
- Document production data and maintain logs of machine settings and maintenance.
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC/VMC machinery, with specific skills in CAM software.
- Strong understanding of machining, tooling, and reading technical blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E), preferably with a specialization in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in VMC programming, setting, and operation.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM.
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.
- Annual salary of ₹420,000.
