    Senior Associate, Executive Search and HR Consultant


    Summary:


    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate, Executive Search and Hr Consultant with expertise in Technology, ITES, Big 4, Professional Services or related industries.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing global mandates.

    As a Senior Associate, you will not only be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-tier talent but also for managing strategic HR initiatives for our clients.

    This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of industry trends, and a passion for building strong professional relationships.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
    • Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
    • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
    • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
    • Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process.
    • Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the closing of successful candidates.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing insights into market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and talent acquisition best practices.
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, senior executives, and external partners.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of ongoing searches and recruitment efforts.
    • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives for clients, including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies.
    • Advise clients on HR best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and foster a positive work environment.
    • Collaborate with client HR teams to address and resolve complex HR issues and challenges.
    • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance client HR capabilities and skills.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as an Executive Search Consultant, preferably specializing in Technology, ITES, Big-4, Professional Services or related industries.
    • Extensive knowledge of global recruitment practices, particularly in the Middle East region.
    • Strong understanding of industry-specific terminology, trends, and challenges.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems, social media, and professional networking sites.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or work from client location.
