- Extensive knowledge of global recruitment practices, particularly in the Middle East region.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific terminology, trends, and challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems, social media, and professional networking sites.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
