    Description

    Primary responsibilities:

    · Reviewing newly booked SPOT Order technically and commercially.

    · Handling Customer Technical clarifications on replacement/obsolete part of their orders.

    · Maintaining and Updating SPOT backlog tracker.

    · Closely Reviewing Monthly QR with FSM and SOL.

    · Material and Software (incl. SMX) ordering for using TPC, SOF, SAP & SFDC.

    · Follow up with third party suppliers and HWL regional factories for material delivery.

    · Coordinating with stores for material delivery to customer.

    · Raising invoice for completed/delivered milestones.

    · Invoice submission and payment follow-up with customer.

    · Working with Sourcing team for third party items quote.

    Work Experience Required:

    · >=5 years of industry experience

    · Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required

    · Strong Analytical skills

    · Good knowledge of Commercial Terminologies, Hardware / Software pricing & Ordering, SAP / SFDC

    · Strong English Communication (Written & Verbal)

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
