    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Manager-Finance. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record in financial management and a deep understanding of USA Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The candidate should have hands-on experience in various financial functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective internal controls.

    The Charter for this role would include

    • Oversee and manage the timely and accurate closure of financial books.
    • Ensure adherence to accounting principles and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, review and analyse financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
    • Lead the preparation of financial statements in accordance with USA GAAP.
    • Coordinate and manage the external audit process and work closely with auditors to address queries and ensure a smooth audit cycle.
    • Implement and oversee revenue recognition processes.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
    • Regularly review and enhance control processes to mitigate risks.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Effectively communicate financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

    Ideal Persona

    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant post-qualification experience.
    • Strong understanding of USA GAAP and experience in handling multiple entities.
    • Proven experience in books closure, general ledger management, financial statement preparation, audit, and revenue recognition.
    • Knowledge of internal financial controls and statutory compliance.
    • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
    • Reliable, accountable, and able to manage stakeholders effectively.
