With ambitious growth plans inmind Our client is looking to offer cutting edge solutions to bothpatients and the partner hospitals by leveraging technology andwith unique product offerings.As anoperation executive the candidate is required to support the ClaimAssistance Team that are placed at the Partner Hospitals for thesmooth functioning of the daytotodayoperations
    JobDuties &Responsibilities
    • Tointeract with hospital insurancepatients.
    • Create whatsapp groups toprovide/share information.
    • Collectingnecessary documents from Patient /Hospital.
    • Coordinate with internal medical and Ops teamfor initial approval.
    • Cross checking the filesbefore sharing with the approvalteam.
    • Educating patients about deduction.
    • To create awareness about reimbursementclaims. (Pre & PostHospitalization)
    • Collectingclaim support documents from the patients / hospitals &coordinate with backend team to ensure smooth transfer of data tothe TPA/Insurance company.
    • Efficiently andeffectively handle grievance / issue raised by hospital staff& patients escalate issue to the team leader asnecessary.
    • Followup and provide Updates to theclients
    • Efficiently and effectively handlegrievance / issue raised by hospital staff & patientsescalate issue to the team leader Regional Manager ClaimsAssistance Manager Operations and Business Head as necessary.
