- Handle 300+ contractual labour & ensure the compliances of the same.
- Maintain effective liasoning with government / semi govt. authorities/local bodies.
- Ensure adhered to statutory compliance requirements / labor laws.
- Ensure plant has enough manpower as per business requirements.
- Manage activities required to deliver employee lifecycle services such as employee development, employee relations, and separations.
- Establish and maintain open communication with workers and staff to ensure real time resolution of issues at the plant.
- Initiate correspondence and other documentation relating to staff appointments, training, staff appraisal, to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Working for employee engagement culture, (Birthdays, Outings, Festival celebrations)
- Ensure timely disbursement of wage/Salary payment, Leave payment, Bonus payment etc. as per act.
- Responsible for all domestic inquiry, discipline management, absenteeism, employee grievance, indiscipline cases.
- Handle all Provident Fund, Gratuity and ESIC related issue.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Candidate must have experience in working in factory.
- Should be Pro Active and responsible.
- Experience in FMCG company preferred.
