    Job Objectives:

    a.Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs

    b.Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

    c.Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

    d.Work with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met

    e.Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better growth to clients

    Job Responsibilities:

    a.Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.

    b.Handle inquiries and requests from clients and address their needs

    c.Analyze the client's expectations according to the brief and past social media activity.

    d.Research and develop social media campaigns and define the goals and results for social media campaigns.

    e.Research about competitors and help the content team come up with creative ideas for client social media and website content.

    f.Work with the content team to create and implement social media strategies on a monthly basis.

    g.Coordinate with the design team to make creative.

    h.Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

    i.Update social media content across all channels

    j.Ensure social media page hygiene with informative bio and other needful details.

    k.Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained

    l.Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network

    m. Develop content or get it done by content developers

    n.Keep an eye on social media trends

    o.Effectively communicate with clients, senior management, content developers, and designers.

    p.Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business

    q.Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization

    r.Coordinate with the account department and resolve all payment-related issues.

    s.Must know about the client agreement and renewal dates, and get the renewal done.
