    • building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure
    • execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely
    • implement and improve monitoring and alerting and Implement CICD pipeline.
    • implement integrations requested by customers, Deploy updates and fixes, Provide Level 2 technical support.
    • build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience, Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
    • perform root cause analysis for production errors, Investigate and resolve technical issues.
    • develop scripts to automate visualization, Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
    • working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
    • ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
    • identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes
    • planning projects and being involved in project management decisions
    • help create and maintain internal documentation using Git or other similar applications
    • work closely with the scrum team to build the pipeline for CICD.Your teamYou will be part of the CDIO Wealth Management Japan crew. As part of the Agile Delivery Organization (ADO), the JP/SS Crew is aligned to the Japan/APAC location WM business and manages the technology platform and solutions through multiple autonomous pods.

    Your team will be based in Pune, India and will work closely with the wider team across other locations in APAC (Singapore, Japan, China).We power the world's leading wealth manager with technology that makes a difference for our clients and our business in Japan.

    Your expertise

    • work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
    • the ability to code and script in multiple languages and automation frameworks like Python, C#, Java.
    • working knowledge of databases and SQL
    • excellent troubleshooting and Problem-solving attitude
    • experience working on Linux based infrastructure
    • proficiency in container frameworks like Docker and Kubernetes
    • working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
    • mastery in the use of infrastructure automation toolsets like Terraform, Ansible, andmand line interfaces for Microsoft Azure, or other cloud platforms
    • awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
    • a strong focus on automation and agile development
    • experience with BDD frameworks, such as Cucumber, Karate
    • Experience in automating API tests, DB testing and writing scripts for test data preparation.
    • demonstrate mastery of the following tools: Gitlab, or jenkins & teamcity.
    • deep understanding in a broader automation knowledge (CI/CD, databases, performance testing, etc.)
    • banking domain experience is a plus.
